Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS or through the USPS. International orders are sent via USPS. You will have multiple shipping options at checkout. Kindly note that orders shipping outside of the USA are subject to duties, taxes and customs fees of which we have no control. If possible, please contact your countries customs agency for further information.

Tracking your order

Please include your e-mail address during checkout. You will receive a tracking number as well as an order confirmation after checkout is complete.

Return Policy

At Vayu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may return the product to us for a replacement, exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the return and exchange form included with your order or e-mail us at customerservice@vayuwear.com if additional assistance is required. We recommend you choose a carrier and shipping method that offers tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for returns that are lost and do not make it back to us. All returns must be received in the original condition with all tags and labels intact in saleable condition. Your return or exchange will be processed within 7 days of our receipt.
